Pre-contract information — the provider's identity, price, rental terms and cancellation and refund conditions — is given before you are bound by the distance contract, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Consumer Rights Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'. It is also available in the state language under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'.

Data sent with this request is processed on a lawful basis with a privacy notice and data-subject rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 6 June 2024 'On Personal Data Protection'.
