Drivers must be 21 or older and have held a licence for at least 2 years; Crossover, Minivan and Premium require 23. The deposit is refundable when the car comes back undamaged and fuelled. Read the rental requirements, the full fee table, or reserve a class above.

Who can drive, and what gets held

The same document set applies to every class. Only the minimum age, the licence holding period and the deposit amount change.

Documents checked at pickup

  • Passport or national ID for the main driver, plus the driving licence of every named driver.
  • Driving licence held for at least 2 years. Vehicles from 23 years and the SUV class require 3 years.
  • Deposit card in the main driver's own name. Credit and debit cards are both accepted.
  • International driving permit only when the licence is not printed in Latin or Cyrillic script.
  • No unsettled fines or unpaid balance from an earlier rental with us.

The hold matches the excess on the car. It is released in full after return, back to the same card within 5 to 10 banking days. Cross-border travel is not covered by standard tariffs.
