We provide pre-contract information on service, price, and provider as required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Consumer Rights Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'. State-language information is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'.
Booking, Price, Cancellation, Refund
After you submit a booking, we confirm the order and rental terms. This distance contract includes mandatory pre-contract information, order confirmation, cancellation/refund terms, and durable confirmation of the agreement, in line with the laws cited above. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine; disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts without limiting your consumer rights.

Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 6 June 2024 'On Personal Data Protection'. Storing or accessing information on your terminal equipment requires prior informed consent, with limited strictly necessary exceptions, under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020 'On Electronic Communications'.
